Sasank IVS

Sasank IVS is a practicing architect, academician, and artist with Masters in Architectural History and Theory from CEPT university. He is an aspiring author and poet. After he pursued his Bachelors in Architecture from SPA Delhi, he worked in a varied range of research, pedagogy, and architectural practices. A majority of his professional experience was with SEEDS India, rooted in building back better communities in the regions affected by disasters. 

He believes that architectural practice and research must integrate wider dialogues, especially social, historical, and ecological. His research and design interests lie within the areas of Children's spaces, Violence on landscapes, Memory studies, and Disaster responsive architecture. He is currently working as a Teaching Associate at CEPT, Ahmedabad and as a Visiting Faculty at ISArch, Hyderabad.
